A request is not a booking
The form on this site sends a request. Nothing is booked and nothing is charged at this stage. Your stay is confirmed only once we have replied with availability and the total price, and you have accepted.
The price shown
The price shown on each chalet page is the price per night, with the cleaning fee and the tax on lodging included. Only GST and QST are added. No mandatory fee appears later in the process.
The price varies with the time of year, the length of the stay and the number of guests. The total price sent to you in reply to your request is the one that applies.
Minimum stay, check-in and check-out
The minimum stay, the check-in time and the check-out time are listed on each chalet’s page. They can vary from one chalet to another and from one period to another.
Number of guests
The stated capacity is a maximum, and it is firm: it comes from the chalet’s actual capacity and, in some cases, from the applicable municipal bylaw. The number of people present cannot exceed the number agreed at booking.
Parties and quiet
Parties and events are not allowed in our chalets. Our properties are in residential and resort areas, and the neighbourhood’s peace and quiet is part of what we are committed to preserving.
Cancellation
The cancellation terms are sent to you in writing with your confirmation, before any payment. They vary by time of year and by chalet.
Damage
The chalet is handed over to you in good condition and we ask that you leave it the same way. Damage beyond normal wear and tear is the responsibility of the guest who booked.
Tourist accommodation
Each chalet is registered with the Corporation de l’industrie touristique du Québec and its establishment number is displayed on its page. We operate a principal residence establishment or a general establishment, as the case may be, in accordance with the Tourist Accommodation Act.
